Payment

We accept payments by Card (Visa, Mastercard), and Apple Pay/Google Pay via Hutko payment provider.

MDXB store's original currency is EUR. All payments will be charged in EUR.

However, we are using a pricing module, which can display the item price in USD/UAH/RON/GBP using the international bank currency rates, which are updated automatically. 

Please know that there might be a very slight difference between the displayed in-store prices in currencies other than EUR and your final payment in a different currency, due to your bank exchange rates.

Shipping

For clothes in stock, we make shipments within 3 working days after placing order.

For clothes made in a custom order, shipment will be made after final production and your confirmation.

The delivery term within Europe is 4 to 10 business days.
The delivery term to the USA is 11 to 17 business days.
The term of indications is from the moment of sending the package until the moment of delivery to the buyer.

Disclaimer on orders returns
Due to a state of war in Ukraine, regular forwarders do not work as intended, and there is no possibility for you to return the order in case it was shipped internationally (outside of Ukraine).
